Yes you can.  We can do the service once or work out an infection control plan that will best suite budget and needs.

Our services include:

  • ATP and Surface imaging for microbial contamination testing.
  • Facility reporting and aiding in putting together a comprehensive cleaning plan or response documentation dealing with the cleaning.
  • Mass disinfection services via fogging, electrostatic or ULV atomizing.

We will also help you in the event that you receive any third party claims of an infection originating from your facility or help you with OSHA documentations.

Most of the time we would send the same technicians since they will know your space the best over time and be able to be more efficient each visit.

Yes you may, however, once you pay your deposit it is non-refundable and this is what holds your booking slot. Do to the high demand of our service and to reserve courtesy to our technicians and other clients. If you reschedule to a different date , we do have a rescheduling fee that will keep your deposit applied. This can vary depending on the level of service and what preparations we needed to make for your case.

Yes . We need permission to enter your premises and make sure that you know all about what we will do and what we will not do and what liabilities we will cover and what we are not going to. If you do not own the property, we also need the permissions to be on the property by the property owner and also we will guide you through which service is best for you.

We have a number of different processes to disinfect an area. Including chemicals and processes that are vet approved and have residual infection and bacteria fighting agents that are approved across the world by animal doctors .

Yes. If you want us to do a testing of your facility and point out which areas need attention, we can walk you through the process and help you come up with a comprehensive pro-active infection control plan.

Yes. We do have liability insurance in place with our company and we can discuss if you need us to add any additional insurances or if our current policy will  cover it. In most spaces and cases we do have a great policy in place to cover issues.
